Gender Equality and Social Inclusion

SIAPAC mainstreams gender and social inclusion in all of its consultancies, and approaches all of its consultancy work employing a human rights perspective. It directly exercises the right to participate by ensuring that those whose voices are least likely to be heard exercise their right to have their opinions listened to and respected.

Beyond mainstreaming, SIAPAC has also worked specifically in the gender and social inclusion arena, from policy review and revision, to strategy development and review, to sector gender reviews, to country gender planning.
